Location: Annapolis Junction / Ft. Meade
Responsibilities
- Support and maintain Expeditionary Mission Center (EMC) IT systems that enable global SIGINT and cybersecurity operations critical to national security.
- Manage daily configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of classified client/server, network, and storage systems within SCIF environments.
- Configure, secure, and maintain UNIX and Windows operating systems, implementing enhancements to improve reliability, performance, and security compliance under the Risk Management Framework (RMF).
- Provide responsive help desk and escalation support for mission-critical systems, delivering clear communication and technical solutions to EMC leadership and users worldwide.
- Optimize system performance and resource utilization through proactive analysis, capacity planning, and continuous improvement of high-availability environments.
- Support the design and integration of EMC system architectures and mission hardware, incorporating RF and digital technologies into secure, deployable solutions.
- Diagnose and resolve complex interoperability and hardware/software issues to sustain uninterrupted mission operations across CONUS and OCONUS sites.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
- Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
Level 1 Qualifications
- Five (5) years experience as a SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
- CWIP IAT Level I
- Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MSCA) or Redhat Certified System Administrator(RHCSA) certified.
- One of the following certifications: A+, Network+, or System Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP)
Level 2 Qualifications
- Ten (10) years experience as a SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
- CWIP IAT Level II
- 3+ years of experience performing duties at or equivalent to an IAT level position under the CWIP (DoD 8570/8140 framework).
- Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MSCA) or Redhat Certified Engineer(RHCE) certified.
- One of the following certifications: A+, Network+, or System Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP).
Level 3 Qualifications
- Fifteen (15) years experience as a SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
- CWIP IAT Level III
- 7+ years of experience performing duties at or equivalent to an IAT level position under the CWIP (DoD 8570/8140 framework).
- Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MSCA) or Redhat Certified Architect(RHCA) certified.
- One of the following certifications: A+, Network+, or System Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP).
Pay Information
The final salary may be influenced by various factors, such as location, labor categories, experience, education, and/or certifications. CTC also provides a variety of benefits as well as opportunities for continuous education and development.
The estimated salary range for this position is $150,000 - $190,000.
