(ARNG) Operational Research Analyst
Summary
CTC Group is seeking Operational Research Analysts to support the Army National Guard by applying advanced analytical and quantitative methods to support decision-making, optimize resources, and enhance operational effectiveness across ARNG G-2 intelligence and security programs.

Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth analysis of multi-INT operations, including SIGINT, HUMINT, IMINT, MASINT, and OSINT, to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective measures.
- Support ISR planning and execution by applying operations research techniques to enhance mission effectiveness across all-source intelligence activities.
- Conduct threat and risk assessments for OPSEC, INFOSEC, and COMSEC programs, ensuring compliance with ICD standards and Marine Corps directives.
- Develop models and simulations to evaluate force posture, resource allocation, and contingency planning for MCCIS-enabled operations.
- Produce actionable intelligence and analytical reports for AT/FP initiatives, supporting counterintelligence and force protection objectives.
- Maintain and enforce intelligence security procedures in accordance with DoD, IC, and Marine Corps Intelligence Oversight requirements.
- Formulate and apply mathematical models, simulations, and other analytical techniques to evaluate intelligence operations, training programs, and system performance.
- Collect, process, and analyze data to provide actionable insights for leadership, including risk assessments, resource allocation, and program evaluation.
Preferred Requirements
- Active Top Secret or TS/SCI security clearance. Location and opening determine the clearance requirement.
- Prior ARNG G-2 experience to support intelligence operations, ensuring alignment with Army, DoD, and IC directives in the execution of ISR, multi-INT analysis, and security compliance.
Junior Qualifications
- Applies fundamental concepts, processes, practices, and procedures on technical assignments. Performs work that requires practical experience and training. Work is performed under supervision.
Journeyman Qualifications
- Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments. Assignments may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks. Operates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems. Contributes to deliverables and performance metrics where applicable.
Senior Qualifications
- Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments. Plans and leads major technology assignments. Evaluates performance results and recommends major changes affecting short-term project growth and success. Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments. May supervise others.
SME Qualifications
- Provides technical/management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments. Establishes goals and plans that meet project objectives. Has domain and expert technical knowledge. Directs and controls activities for a client, having overall responsibility for financial management, methods, and staffing to ensure that technical requirements are met. Interactions involve client negotiations and interfacing with senior management. Decision-making and domain knowledge may have a critical impact on overall project implementation. May supervise others.
