Operations Analyst (Aviation Product Office)
Summary
TTGI is seeking an Operations Analyst to support an Aviation Product Office and serve as the central coordination point between the Product Office, Combatant Commands (COCOMs), and Army Senior Leaders. In this role, the Operations Analyst will apply operational expertise to keep development efforts aligned with strategic theater requirements and senior leader intent while providing operational context, programmatic leadership, and senior-level communication expertise across Defense Acquisition and capability fielding. Success in this role requires deep knowledge of Army operations, Joint Staff processes, and strategic-level messaging.

Responsibilities
- Act as the primary operational liaison between the LE Product Office, COCOMs, and Army Senior Leaders, ensuring program execution aligns with theater-level priorities.
- Assess operational data, war-game outputs, capability gaps, and threat analyses to inform system design, payload decisions, and fielding strategies.
- Prepare strategic messaging, information papers, and decision briefings for GO/FO and SES audiences.
- Partner with warfighters, Centers of Excellence, and engineering teams to shape and refine CONOPS and TTPs for One-Way Attack and surveillance UAS.
- Convert complex operational needs from theater commanders into actionable programmatic and technical requirements for the LE acquisition team.
- Lead operational working groups, table-top exercises (TTXs), and synchronization meetings with external stakeholders and joint partners.
- Coordinate with COCOMs to integrate LE capabilities into major exercises and demonstrations to validate operational utility and gather warfighter feedback.
- U.S. citizenship and a Secret security clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree with 15 years of experience in Operations Research, Strategic Studies, International Relations, Defense Analysis, or a related field.
- Demonstrated project leadership experience with the ability to guide and coordinate complex efforts.
- Ability to excel in a dynamic, high-tempo, team-driven environment with frequent collaboration.
- A team-oriented mindset with proven success partnering across diverse professional groups, and the agility to adapt to evolving priorities, tools, and technologies.
- Extensive knowledge of U.S. Army operations, COCOM structures, and Joint Staff planning processes.
- Demonstrated experience preparing and delivering strategic communications, written reports, and formal briefings to senior military leadership (GO/FO/SES).
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate tactical and operational requirements into acquisition strategies.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to build consensus across disparate military organizations and headquarters.
- Proven ability to work independently, prioritize high-impact tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment.
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance highly preferred.
- Prior military experience as a Field Grade Officer, Senior NCO, or civilian equivalent with staff experience at Division, Corps, ASCC, or COCOM level (e.g., G-3, G-5, G-8, J-staff).
- Familiarity with the Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) and Army force structure planning.
- Experience with or deep understanding of Uncrewed Aircraft Systems (UAS), Loitering Munitions, or Launched Effects capabilities.
- Knowledge of the DoD acquisition lifecycle and rapid capability fielding initiatives.
- Proficiency with operational planning tools and project management frameworks.
