(ARNG) Training & Development Specialist
Summary
CTC Group is seeking Training & Development Specialists to support the Army National Guard by designing, developing, and delivering intelligence and security training programs to enhance ARNG G-2 operational readiness, support multi-intelligence mission requirements, and ensure personnel are proficient in emerging technologies, PED systems, and cybersecurity practices.

Responsibilities
- Conduct training needs analyses to identify gaps in Marine Corps Intelligence Schools (MCIS) programs and develop tailored solutions aligned with Marine Corps doctrine and operational priorities.
- Design, update, and maintain training curricula and lesson plans following Systems Approach to Training (SAT) and ADDIE methodologies to ensure instructional rigor and standardization.
- Develop and integrate MCIS training topics, including intelligence analysis, targeting, collections, and operational planning, into formal courseware and blended learning environments.
- Deliver instructor-led and virtual training, incorporating practical exercises and scenario-based learning to reinforce Marine Corps TTPs and intelligence processes.
- Evaluate training program effectiveness through performance metrics, after-action reviews, and feedback mechanisms, implementing improvements to address deficiencies and evolving mission requirements.
- Coordinate with Marine Corps stakeholders to synchronize training development efforts with force readiness objectives, leveraging subject matter expertise in USMC intelligence operations and instructional systems design.
- Develops and maintains Programs of Instruction (POIs), training aids/devices, course content, slides, and assessments for All-Source Intelligence, GEOINT, HUMINT, SIGINT, MASINT, OSINT, and associated multi-intelligence disciplines
- Conducts Mobile Training Team (MTT), classroom, virtual, and simulation-based instruction to support both CONUS and OCONUS mission readiness
- Provides specialized training on INFOSEC, COMSEC, PERSEC, SCI, FD, TARP policies, emerging threat awareness, and risk management practices
Preferred Requirements
- Active Secret, Top Secret, or TS/SCI security clearance. Location and opening determine the clearance requirement.
- Prior ARNG G-2 experience to support intelligence operations, ensuring alignment with Army, DoD, and IC directives in the execution of ISR, multi-INT analysis, and security compliance.
- Must be have the following certificates: Army Basic Instructor Course and Instructor/Facilitator Certification Program.
Junior Qualifications
- Applies fundamental concepts, processes, practices, and procedures on technical assignments. Performs work that requires practical experience and training. Work is performed under supervision.
Journeyman Qualifications
- Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments. Assignments may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks. Operates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems. Contributes to deliverables and performance metrics where applicable.
Senior Qualifications
- Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments. Plans and leads major technology assignments. Evaluates performance results and recommends major changes affecting short-term project growth and success. Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments. May supervise others.
SME Qualifications
- Provides technical/management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments. Establishes goals and plans that meet project objectives. Has domain and expert technical knowledge. Directs and controls activities for a client, having overall responsibility for financial management, methods, and staffing to ensure that technical requirements are met. Interactions involve client negotiations and interfacing with senior management. Decision-making and domain knowledge may have a critical impact on overall project implementation. May supervise others.
